Instead of having two different managers, one for Fallout 3 and another for Fallout: New Vegas, FOMM is able to manage mods for both games from a single install. I am trying to install the full dialogue mod for Fallout 4 and i just get the check structure! It has yet to give me an issue with Fallout 3 or New Vegas. when i try opening it, a microsoft window pops open saying "fomm has stopped working.....a problem caused the program to stop working.....windows will close program and notify you if a solution is available."
